This, coupled with the clout that comes with being a subsidary of the UK's biggest ISP BT Broadband, and you'll see that they would be a safe bet for both new and long term broadband users.

BT Broadband purchased Madasafish broadband's parent company Brightview in 2007 for around £14 million. Madasafish broadband share their infrastructure with fellow BT broadband subsidiary PlusNet Broadband.
