About the company
XLN was founded in 2002 and is one of the
UK's fastest growing alternative telecom providers. They offer broadband
and telephony services for business, so general consumers cannot sign
up. The business is privately owned but has large financial backing. The
company operates with a highly automated system allowing them to spend
money providing good customer service whilst keeping their costs down.
What we think
Given that a lot of smaller
broadband providers have recently started chasing business customers,
competition will be fierce. XLN look like a sound provider with a good
track record, it will be interesting to see how this sector of the
broadband market takes shape over the coming months.
